Thanks for the suggestions. It looks like your first post was correct.
It was in the assignment section. I had setup an assignment record to
assign to my Specific Support Group with myself set as the Work Order
Manager. The catch was that Assignment record was set for a very
specific Product. The request I was trying to create was for a different
product. And therefore it didn't find the right Assignment Record and
yakked. Looks like I was staring at it too long and crossing the two
products.

Easy fix.

What about the Roles of the Suport people within your
user form?

I know this is basic, but, have you assigned the Role
of Work Order Manager to anyone and then assigned them
to a Group?

After my install, these are the two main things that I
did in order to fix the issue you are facing.
