Hello All,

When saving a specific ticket, the AR System crashes. The user gets a
timeout error message.
I logged off all the users, set it to Administrator only mode and tried to
save the same ticket
and i got same message. Trying to save the same ticket again I get an error
message: "Malloc on Server"
I let a DBA look at Oracle logs, and he couldn't find anything - looking on
the Remedy SQL / Flow logs / Filters log - nothing the seems to show a
problem.

Some details:
Server:
Operating System: SunOS 5.9 Hardware: sun4u
The approximate size of the database is ~ 4000 records
Database version details are: Oracle 9.2.0.5.0 – 64bit Production

Client:
WinXP Home Edition Pack 2 (Build 2600).
Client 6.0.3
AR System 6.03.00 Patch 015
