In the server config you can define the port (TCP) that is used by the
clients to communicate to the server. Setting the port in the client
eliminates the UDP call to Port Mapper.

Subject: Remedy network protocols?

**
Hello All,

Our network engineer would like to lock down the traffic between one of
our clients just to allow communication to the remedy client. Would
anyone happen to know what is the minimum we would have to allow to
have the remedy client work to our server. I need network protocols and
port(range(s)) if you have that information. Thanks.
