I, too, use Outlook and a rule to move messages to one folder. I also make use of the Group By feature to keep everything together by Subject.

I have filters etc... so it is not too bad. However, I am wondering what other people use -- as the volume is significant enough that a non-email strategy may be good. Any suggestions? -John -- John David Sundberg 235 East 6th Street, Suite 400B St. Paul, MN 55101 (651) 556-0930-work (651) 247-6766-cell (651) 695-8577-fax [EMAIL PROTECTED] __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___ __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___ The information contained in this email may be privileged, confidential or otherwise protected from disclosure.
