Listers, We're building our Product Categorization list for 7.x and struggling a bit with getting Hardware components associated with the correct CI types. There doesn't seem to be a clear cut option for PDAs and cell phones. We have the CMDB installed, but we're not planning to use it until a later phase in the project, so we don't have a lot of experience with the CI Types.
