When we make changes to forms and/or workflow we've noticed that the
user is not seeing the changes if they open the form from a .artask
shortcut or by drill-down on a table field.  It appears to be using the
old .arf and .arv files from the Home directory.  If they open the form
via File-Open then the updates are pulled to the client.  This occurs
with a 7.1 User going against a 7.1 server.  It does not behave this way
with a 5.1 client against a 7.1 server.  Has anyone else experienced
this?  Thanks.

Server:  Windows 2003, ARS 7.1
Database:  MS SQL Server 2005
Desktop OS:  XP and Vista, ARS 7.1
