____________________________________ Remedy Business Analyst Act as business analyst for Remedy Change Management and Configuration Management areas to support operations and maintenance of current release as well as future projects. Act as chief liaison between the business customers and programmers to define and develop custom enhancements in support of business practice. Write requirements for new enhancements/projects. Perform System Administration tasks including user account set-up, support group set-up, and set-up and management of core data tables/catalogs and configuration items. Develop and execute test procedures for development and implementation requirements. Develop training materials as well as deliver training.
