Subject: Re: Clarification on DST ending (U)

I am referring to the patches released for the DST fix that are documented
in the following technical bulletins:

http://www.bmc.com/supportu/documents/87/89/68789/68789.pdf

http://www.bmc.com/supportu/documents/87/90/68790/68790.pdf

Patch 021 is the recommended minimum patch version on AR System 6.03 that
corrects the DST start/end event issue.

Thanks,

"The patch corrects on which day DST occurs/ends. It does not alter the
behavior of the actual time gain/loss on the day of the change."

Are you referring to Remedy's Patch 21, the Daylight Saving Time (DST)
patch that was released in March 2007?

I thought this patch was to fix both sides of the time change.

I just want to make sure I understand this correctly. When DST
ends the

this
        still the case?

The patch back in the spring was only to change the timeframe of
when it
        was to occurred, correct?

Thanks in advance for the clarification.
