Hi Roseta, Perhaps you could build small applications to do what you need. I had a similar need to enable a subset of help desk personnel to change ARS user passwords but did not want to give them direct access to the User form. With a display-only form and appropriate workflow, the User form remains hidden from them but they can do what's needed.
