Dear List, I am currently finding out more specifics on this position, but what I have so far is that the Remedy/HP OpenView Lead is responsible for the development and operational support of the Remedy application system. They will perform needs assessments, develop, and implement solutions in Remedy based upon specific processes (Change, Incident, etc). Ongoing operational support includes all aspects of monitoring the application, administration, fine tuning, and documentation. Preferred technology is also the HP Overview product suite, shell and/or Perl scripting, and system administration skills (UNIX, Windows).
