Will take approx. one month to clear consultant for DHS 5C Clearance
- Emphasis on NOVELL and MS-OFFICE WINDOWS experience
- Responsible for planning, designing, installing, and maintaining
computer communication networks: LAN and WAN systems, networking
devices, and related software
- Resolves interoperability problems to obtain operations across all
platforms and may include network devices, email/Exchange 2003,
Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Novell Directory Services (NDS)
- Configure workstation, server, and network systems per customer's
specification
- Provide security measures, maintain patch management with Windows
Server Update Services (WSUS) and manage virus definition with McAfee
ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
- Deploy in-house custom applications and provide remote supports
through the LANDesk application
- Monitor incoming requests in REMEDY and respond to each ticket
promptly
- Ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to
provide maximum performance and availability for the customers
- Seven (7) years or more experience desired
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
