Sugan,

If you are on MS-SQL, I think it would be possible to schedule a job to
SELECT the rows you want to WHERE Status = Resolved to a CSV file. I know
its possible to do it via the SQL GUI, but I'm not quite sure how you would
redirect the results to be a comma separated output from the SQL command
line while defining an SQL job.. worth mucking around to find out though..

If you are on Oracle or any other database there must be an equivalent way
of achieving the same.

Cheers

I am not sure if this is the best way, but I think you could record a
MACRO that runs the report you want and have an Escalation run the MACRO
every 60 minutes.

Someone of the more experienced guys here on the list may have a cleaner
solution though.
