Thanks Joshua.

To clarify one thing though, given another (Magic) job posted,

my contacting you was merely to ensure that this wasn't an automated

posting system gone bad.

If the job had actually been for a Windows/Remedy Adminstrator that would be
fine,

so either the job description was quite wrong, or that subject line was,
since it merely

suggested that the person used Remedy to resolve tickets. The job title
within it says

SR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR not Windows/Remedy Administrator.

And to be fair, others have posted for UNIX or Oracle expertise on the list,

to run an ARSystem . Although the job itself was not directly Remedy
related,

a different team was the developers and administrators for the ARSystem, it
was

considered okay since that expertise certainly exists in many Remedy
Developers

and it was to support a Remedy system.

cheers . Daniel

Subject: Apologies - Joshua Kitchen

Dear List,

Yesterday I made a post titled

"Urgent! I am hiring for a Talented Windows/Remedy Administrator in
Washington D.C."

After a conversation with Daniel it is clear these are the wrong posts to
include in this list, my apologies. I will monitor the posts with a more
clear indication of Remedy being the "Core" Skillsets.

It is a learning curve, and I am enjoying every minute of learning about
Remedy. I have done a lot of reading on BMC's website in addition to
talking with many consultants and have learned I feel only a tenth of a
percent about Remedy. If anyone wanted to just touch base with me and help
me understand how to better serve the community comments are welcome.

Thanks!
