Sorry to resume this.....
BUT.... Snopes "says" it's false, then tries to defend it's position without actually proving the test to be false. The author does a lot of carrying on defending the current situation, standards, and how unfair it is to measure people on a test they haven't studied for, etc etc, BUT they do not prove or provide any evidence the test itself is false.
