It turns out the "Caught exception :'timezoneInfo' is undefined" was a cached error on the local system.
This may be related to the initial install of v7.0.1 P2 and the missing "America-Atikokan.js" file. Although I created the file and the error message was slightly different, the error was generated after the initial install while testing and apparently was cached. I then proceeded to install v7.0.1 P4 and this error was still there. Thinking this might be a local system problem, we tested against a different system and confirmed it.
