I have done a full linux VM - and run that under XP -- works pretty well. Centos Oracle Remedy 7 Kinetic Survey Kinetic Request Kinetic Calendar Kinetic Link Mid-tier 7 (all above with 534 MB assigned RAM to the VM) -- the host has 1 GB.
