 Did you ever get anymore information about phase2? We're trying to track 
down the same or similar problem. Phase 2 fires and just hangs the user 
tool and nothing gets updated when attempting to modify a component. 
Computer system CI's update fine and components do update for about 5 
minutes after restarting the remedy service. Then it stops working again. 
Thought I'd ask since the best answer Remedy has come up with in 2 months 
is to disable the filter that invokes the cmdb..... 
CMDB:Instance:InvokeCMDBEngine02
