Hi!

Two years ago I published a free utility to convert diary data into
separate records in a form called RRR|DiaryX.

The utility can do pattern matching to extract some interesting data from
your old diary.

For example it can find Status-changes and Assignments and put this data
into separate fields in the new form. You could use the fields StatusNew,
StatusPrev, AssignedToNew and AssignedToPrev.

RRR|DiaryX works against an arx-file, so all you need to do is to export
your current data into an arx-file including Request-ID, your Diary-Field
and any other field you would like to have in your new "diary-form".
