Hi all, I am on Oracle 10g, Windows OS Server 2003. I need to decide whether to install 7.0.2 or 7.0.1 - which one is more better? I remember the last install I ran into a couple of obstacles because I remember Remedy's documentation had a misprint. Unfortunately, I misplaced my notes.
Do I have the right order for the install? I believe I install the applications in this order. 1. Install Oracle 2. Install J2SE 1.4.2 or 5.0 3. Install Web Server - New Atlanta Servlet Exec 5 4. Install AR 7.x 5. Install AR System latest patches 6. Install User tool/Admin tool. 7. Install Mid Tier 7.x 8. Install CMDB 2.x 9. Backup AR System database 10. Backup CMDB 11. Install Approval Server 12. Install Assignment Engine 13. Apply ITSM application licenses 14. Install ITSM applications (Change/Asset/Incident/Problem) 15. Install latest ITSM patches.
