We have our Citrix users on version 7.0.0 of the client. Since the time and zone was correct on all the servers we tried taking the locale information out of one user's preference to see if it helped and it did. We tried a couple more and it worked for them too but we couldn't do everyone individually so we decided to try taking the timezone out on the citrix server, changing it to something else then changing it back. We had the user log out and back in to Remedy. It worked. Not sure why.

So, first of all, are you certain the Windows OS of the affected users have been patched for DST? I just noticed yesterday morning that my Windows XP desktop at home is not patched and the time is off. Secondly, what version/patch level of the client tool are your affected users running? Our unix server time is correct and our Windows Citrix server time is correct but 'some' of the users are an hour behind. It seems to correct the problem if we take out the locale and leave it clear on the preference form. But won't that be a problem for the web client? Any ideas?
