I've never seen anything that Remedy couldn't natively be made to track.  As
a rapid development platform that is also Enterprise-level scalable, it is
without peer.

Just a question of interest.  If you had a choice and given full reign on a
product for tracking/ticketing, what would you choose?  Maybe Remedy, maybe
not.  I have nothing to do with Remedy I was just wondering.
