You can call web service on click of a button indirectly by using filter again.
First make an active link on button click and write an action to send some flag update in required form. Now on that form run a filter by checking that flag value which can call required web service. I was thinking along the same lines but wanted to see if there is a straight forward way. This is one of the drawbacks of Remedy i guess that it wouldnt let you call a webservice on click of a button. What you could do to work around this is create an active link with set fields action from a form and run a filter on Get Entry on this form which does the webservice call. hth, -- Met vriendelijke groet / Kind regards Michiel Beijen ______________________________________________________ MANSOLUTIONS Energieweg 60-62 3771 NA Barneveld The Netherlands Tel. +31-(0)612968592 Mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] Internet http://bsm.mansolutions.nl On 11/1/07, Rakshit Bhandary <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > ** > Hi, > > I have another query related to webservices.
