We have installed all language packs, which include Japanese, French, German,
Spanish, Italian, Korean and Chinese

Are the ITSM applications localized for any non-English languages out of the
box? We have all custom apps so I’ve never seen ITSM. My management wants to
know if the ITSM suite comes with localized views, field labels, messages, etc.
If so, what languages does it have localized? And does is also localize
character menus, search menus, and reports?
I’ve seen what it will take to localize our own applications, and it would
definitely be a huge project.
