I have questions about the Telalert Product that I'm hoping to get some feedback on. I'm looking to possibly upgrade the current 5.6 version (as well as version 5-1 TelAlert Enterprise) to the new 6e version. I have two questions for the list:
1. Can you provide practical differences between the two versions as you've experienced? It's quite an expensive upgrade so am wondering if it's worth the upgrade cost. 2. If you don't use TelAlert for Remedy notifications, what are you using? I'd like to see those as well for review and comparison. As always, thanks for your help.
