Very well versed in Remedy ITSM (including CMDB) 7. You should know how to use the application from a user and administrator perspective. You should also know how things function in the back end. Must be able to do advanced design and development. Experience with web services, relational databases, XML, EIE, and ARSPerl are needed. Probably the most important attribute that we're looking for personality. Looking for an easy going guy that loves Remedy. Cool with doing designs even though you may not have the best set of documentation around requirements (or any). Cool with shutting yourself in for a week to bang some code out. Good communication skills are really important as well, our customers and team are spread all over the country. Is this you?
