Hi, To copy workflow from source to target, I typically do the following: 1. Export def-file with everything from source 2. Delete all non-regular-forms in target 3. Delete all workflow in target 4. Import the def-file in target
To move data from source to targe, I use RRR|Chive: 1. Download RRR|Chive from https://www.rrr.se/cgi/rrrchive/rrrchive 2. Configure RRR|Chive at https://www.rrr.se/cgi/rrrchive/config or modify the config example below 3. Run rrrchive.exe rrrchive.cfg Note that the User data needs to be moved manually with ARUser and ARX-files due to the password encryption. Some forms listed in the sample config has been removed, as it is kind of server specific. You may have to change some servers specific field data. E.g. in form Report and AR System User Preferences. source_server = source source_user = Demo source_password = target_server = target target_user = Demo target_password = target_disablemergefltr = YES multipleforms = * skipforms = \ User,\ AR System Application State,\ AR System Licenses,\ AR System Licenses Audit,\ AR System Email Mailbox Configuration,\ AR System Email Messages,\ AR System Email Attachments,\ AR System Email Association,\ AR System Email Error Logs qual = 1=1 transfertype = SYNCTOTARGET logfile = rrrchive.log loglevel = NOTICE progressbar = YES To review the database difference between source and target I use rrrDefFieldDiff: https://www.rrr.se/cgi/tools/main#rrrDefFieldDiff Best Regards - Misi, RRR AB, http://www.rrr.se Products from RRR Scandinavia: * RRR|License - Not enough Remedy licenses?
