Re: Computer Telephony Integration

Thanks Mike for the help but since this requirement is new to me hence I
am not sure what hardware and software will be required for the
integration.

I have been assigned the task to surf the web and find out all the
possible options available. I have been searching since yesterday but no
luck.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Rahul: I have worked with Apropos Software. They have a scripting language
that allows customers to create tickets as well as to be routed to a tech
via a phone pad. I had integrated this via a Nortel System. I'm sure that
there must be a VOIP solution, which will require a power over ethernet
capable router.
There are also several other systems, that work with specific phone
switches.
Browse the web for "ACD" Systems.

Good Luck

Mike

Hi All,

One of our client runs a Customer Contact Center and would like to check
the possibilities to integrate AR System with the Telephony, Computer
Telephony Integration. This is required in order to pop-up the caller's
personal information on the screen before the call is answered.

My question is, has anyone done this kind of integration? If the answer is
yes then what all in terms of hardware and software is required for this
integration.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanx and regards
Rahul
