We have an immediate, urgent need for a Remedy Administrator in Fort
Carson, CO.  This is a full time opportunity to go permanent, salary to
84K.  Relocation considered for the right candidate. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

Experience implementing solutions using Remedy

Knowledge of ITIL standards.

Must have experience working with the Mid-Tier module.  

Knowledge of the Remedy ARS System, specific tools such as AR Admin, AR
User, AR Import, and Remedy Migrator.  

Knowledge of Remedy Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Macros,
Menus, Guides, workflow and other related components.  

Must meet eligibility requirements for a Government background
investigation to maintain security clearance, and must be a U.S.
citizen.

 

Primary Duties: 

Administer application data daily; process queries and reports as
requested by users; and check the Remedy error logs on the server to
ensure all of the transactions are processed correctly. Ensure the
Remedy Applications are patched and are on the most current versions.
Develop and implement upgrade plans for Remedy Software updates and
patches.  

 

Work with internal and external agencies to insure the Remedy suite of
applications are being fully supported; maintain and manage the Remedy
Support contract and maintenance to insure that all available support is
paid and current; and collaborate with the a Web section to provide a
Remedy World-wide Web presence to the network

 

The Administrator shall also document all changes made within the Remedy
Applications and provide training and assistance to personnel as
required.

 

Provide system administration on servers that house the Remedy
Applications; work directly with managers and other subject matter
experts (SMEs) in support of the network.

 

The Remedy Application Administrator will serve as the alternate SQL
2000 database administrator. 

 

Responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the
ITSM/ARS 6.3 system environment. (Asset/Change/Help Desk/Remedy Web).
Modify users and user groups on the Remedy system.   Provide Tier III
client support as escalated from a Customer Service Center or
technicians.
