Gary,

There is a test application (that comes with the plugin download) that
should give you an ok place to keep the code and sample workflow to
provide inputs and get outputs back. I think the sample stuff only
allowed for 5 inputs and 5 outputs, but extending that was easy.

A real "down side" to the beanshell approach is that the "errors" are
not very helpful. ( A simple syntax error looks like a compile time
error, because that is where/when it is found. And the error is
something like... "unable to parse". Not very helpful.)

With the v7.1 Java plugins at least they should be build able with an
IDE  to help with such things. (But I have not yet found the time to
put together a better test env for the beanshell stuff. (Mostly
because I kept hearing about a better Java API and a "Java plugin
server"...  Oh well.)
