Hi Howard, I created a new notification that checks that Status of a Change Request and notifies the Change Implementer to move the Status to Complete if it isn't yet and the Scheduled Date has passed. I followed the instructions on p.20-22 of the doc and added a few tweaks to it and got it working in minutes. I liked not having to create my own custom notification (using a workflow) and integrate with the Notification Engine instead.
