Raj, 1. Is your Remedy email engine service running? When you install it, the service may default to manual start instead of automatic. You will have to reset that and start the service. 2. If the service is started and no mail is outgoing, you will have to make sure that you have a connection to your SMTP server. Ping the SMTP server to make sure your application server can access it.
