Can someone enlighten me as to what is the purpose of the SLM tab inside the Outage tab in Asset Management? I cannot seem to find any reading material about this. If you can point me to a pdf or whitepaper as reading material, that'll be great.
Also, is there another way to directly associate an Asset/CI to an SLA/Service Target info/detail in SLM, other than the availability/unavailability goal SVT setup in SLM? Suggestions, thoughts, and opinions are appreciated.
