Serouche,

Your qualification "'Assigned To' = 'list'" implies that you want "Assigned To" 
in Form B to equal "list" on Form B.

If you want the Form A "Assigned To" to match Form B "list" it would be: 
"$Assigned To$ = 'list'."

Or have I misunderstood what you are doing?
