If you configure the "AREA ARDBC..." form, you will be
able to access LDAP directory as if it was a Remedy
form and then you can run any kind of workflow on it
to have users select a person and email that person.
Look for "ARDBC LDAP" in Remedy's docs or BMC support
site knowledge base. It's not that complicated.

If you are talking about seeing something exactly like
outlook address book...I would imagine that what you
see on a browser if you go to "ldap://"; URL of your
ldap server, you can see inside Remedy form on a view
field. Never tried it. Not sure if you can have user
select somebody there and have Remedy workflow do
something with that person. It would be awesome, if
this is what you are saying Doug figured out. I doubt.
