ARS 5.1.2 on Win 2000 with SQL 2000 SP3 In the middle of routine work yesterday our remedy server began throwing error "Arerr 1950: Error loading menu". The error does not seem to be appearing for all the agents, only few. I looked at the memory and they have plenty unused. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Error loading menu Character menu expansion failed in the symbols library; the menu did not load. This is often caused by a lack of space in the Windows resource heap when loading large menus.
