Since the work info is held in another form there is not an easy way to do 
this. If you have a Crystal expert you should be able to create a report that 
will list the workinfo. You could also create a new join form since the 
workinfo entry has the Incident number included.

Has anyone found an easy way to print the current case in ITSM? Even if I run a 
report for a group of cases, the Work info doesn't show up. Has anyone figured 
out a way to get this to work?
