Hello List! My environment is the following - Oracle 9.2, Windows 2003, ARS 6.3, However the Oracle DB Charset is UTF-8, there was stated - Server Language - RUS;1251 in the Server Information - Configuration tab. After I upgraded ARS to 7.1 version there is stated - Server Language - RUS; UTF-8 in the Server Information - Configuration tab, and cyrillic characters became unreadable. I assume that I need to set the Server Language back to RUS;1251 in order to solve the problem, but I do not know how to do this. I tried to set NLS_LANG variable in the ar.cfg file, but that does not work at all. Thank you for your help in advance. Kind Regards Dmitry Bezhenar
