Hi David, The easiest way is to use a sub-report within Crystal that links on the Help Desk Request ID. I built a report that includes all of the details -- SLAs, Relationships, Work Info, etc with separate sub reports for each of the other details. Then I replaced the out of box report (Print on HPD:Help Desk form) with my new one.
