The only way I found anywhere in arsystem to get a listing of all aliases for a particular form and view was in the HOME directory of the application there is a file called <username>_alias.dat (<username> is the Remedy login ID that had accessed a form). In there it will store the Form name, then a ";", then server name, then a ";" and then the alias singular and alias plural of the form. You may have to take this .dat file and import it into Excel to see it listing data in a better manner.

Ability to search for all occurrences of particular alias text. 2. Ability to list all aliases used on my servers with their corresponding form name and view name. In Remedy Admin tool you can view and set alias values by simply opening the form; selecting form menu; selecting current view; and selecting Properties... But, there is no way to dig up text list of aliases used within the server.
