If I understand your question properly, I believe you can copy what BMC
does for the inbound attachments on emails. Look at the follow forms
and their associated workflow: AR System Email Message, AR System Email
Association, AR System Email Attachments, AR System Email Attachment

I would like to be able to be able to attach an unlimited number of
attachments to a record. I'm thinking I can create a form with Parent
Request ID, attachment field, and attachment description but I'm having
a hard time getting past the conceptual stage. Is this even possible?
