they have never wrapped in Mid-Tier, always one line. But something to consider, the 7.1 Mid-Tier allows for page field scrolling.

About half the pages on one row, the other half on the next row. But in the Mid Tier I look at the new tab is hanging off the side of the page holder. Everything is on one row. I have a feeling they don't wrap and we've hit our page limit.
