Hi Greg

Found you post - and just wanted to know if you managed to come right. I
have also had to add a new field to the Requester Console on ITSM 7, and
have managed to update all the workflow that is required. However, one part
of the change is to update some data in a form called SRM:Question Template.
Having difficulty with that and just wanted to know how you managed to do
it.
