Hi Dave,

There were actually a few other replies but there were some issues with the
List on Tuesday so you may have not received the emails but they are visible
on the web interface.

No worries, generally the List loves helping the new guys and gals (we were
all new at some point).

I just looked at the table on the Email Messages form. You will want to use
the 'Attachment ID Column' column in your Set Fields action to populate the
DO attachment field and not the 'Attachment GUID Column'. This will give you
the unique record ID for the attachment record and not the shared GUID for
all of the attachments related to that message.

Jason

Hi Jason,

I just saw this reply. I thought I haven't received any relies of my post.
Thank you so much for replying and helping me out. I've one more question.

Attachment pool on my display only form has been copied over from 'AR System
Email Messages' form. Now, when I disable the drill-down on this table and
call PERFORM-ACTION-OPEN-ATTACHMENT on lvl double click action; how do I
pass the unique attachment? In other words, If an email has 4-5 attachments,
how do I make sure that when I click on an attachment, it opens that exact
attachment only? Which values should I be saving as a hidden Unique
Identifier?

Thanks for all the help and apologies if I'm asking too obvious. I'm a
newbie in ARS.

Thanks again,

Dave.
