One trick that Lenny Warren has published is building an Escalation with a Run Process and the ARIMPORT command line process. The ARImport command line will run the BMC/Remedy Import Tool from the command line. If your mapping and preferences are correct, then you can simulate DSO manually. This is a two step process 1. Dump the data through runmacro from the first server 2. Import to the second server The doc on the command line import tool is in the Admin Tool Help. Gordon M.
