Where can I find a White paper on setting Remedy up with Crystal Reports IX? To set Crystal Reports IX up with Remedy, do I install Crystal on the Remedy Server, or can this be installed on a separate server. Is there a particular directory I need to install Crystal into? I'm not sure of the steps to get Crystal talking to Remedy. I know that I have to configure the ODBC connection with an AR User account. I have used Crystal before.
