Yes, but be careful...my co-worker was looking into this just yesterday and it seems that the ITSM 7.0.03 is intended for new installations only, not for an upgrade path. To get yourself to basically the same place with a pre-existing ITSM implementation you should stay with 7.0.02 at Patch 6 (for now at least). :) Candace
