I am also looking to see if some one has implemented a system to manage Microsoft Active Directory configuration changes via the ITSM Change Management system.
I am thinking that this is more commonplace that first perceived. There surely must be folks who are managing Requests for Change against configuration items built agains Active Directory servers. (e.g. T1 = Add, Change, Remove, T2 = Forest, Domain, Trusts etc.) Assuming that there are CI's out there already to enable a standard RFC process to exist OOB, I would be most interested in sharing my experiences and knowledge with those who have traveled this road before.
