Hello, This is the first time I have submitted a request so if I have forgot an important detail I apologize. We have configured our mid-tier v.7.1 to run under Websphere 6.1 and are trying to configure the reports to run under Crystal XI with Crystal on the same server as the mid-tier. All other portions of the mid-tier work correctly. The ARWebReportViewer configuration page is not available does not get installed when installing the midtier.war file. Remedy suggestion to install the ARWebReportViewer via the .exe then use jar to compile a war file then install in Websphere does not work. Please if there are any suggestions on how to get Crystal XI, Websphere and Remedy 7.1 to work together please let me know. Thanks, Kenny Hearlson Remedy Admin.
