There's no document by that title in 7.x, but much of what you're looking for is probably in the Concepts Guide. Other parts have been broken out into other guides depending on the topic (Mid-Tier, E-mail Engine, Flashboards, etc.) What I do with documentation is grab all the PDFs and put them into one directory. I can then use the Search capability of Adobe Reader that lets me search across multiple documents. (Hit "Search", then select "All PDF Documents in...")
