I need a report that gives the Total Time Spent on a set of Incidents.
Before I reinvent the wheel here, I'm wondering if anyone else has
wandered down this path before me (I suspect this must be a fairly
common metric).
Because Incident 7.0 collects individual "time records" in the
"HPD:Help Desk Assignment Log" form, this appears to require a Crystal
Report on the Incident form with a sub-report on the "HPD:Help Desk
Assignment Log" form.
Any advice from those ahead of me on this path?
